A 6 week yoga and mindfulness course suitable for all levels, especially beginners to yoga and/or mindfulness. Gentle yoga stretches and mindfulness techniques to bring peace, balance and relaxation. Starts 4th June for 6 consecutive Saturdays for 90 mins.

I'm a yoga teacher offering weekly classes and 1-1's in and around Surrey. I have trained with the Yoga Rhythm School in Surrey (www.yogarhythm.org) and offer hatha based classes. My classes involve relaxation, mindfulness, breathing techniques, energy medicine and yoga asana. My aim is to create an environment that offers space to breathe and move away from distractions of the modern world, bringing you back to your best and radiant self.
I have trained with Starchild Yoga to teach children age 3-teens and am available to work in schools and with children's clubs.
