My name is Catharine and I am a registered nurse specialising in women’s health as well as a Yoga and Pilates teacher. I completed my Pilates teacher training with Modern Pilates in 2007 and have since completed advanced Matwork training and gained a qualification in pregnancy Pilates.
Finding a passion for teaching, my inspirational yoga teacher encouraged me to train to teach yoga. In 2014 I completed a 500hr diploma with The British Wheel of Yoga. This course was a journey of self discovery and a huge turning point, it changed my life on so many different levels. Since then I have trained in pregnancy yoga and Yoga Nidra with the renowned teacher Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
I am also a qualified clinical hypnotherapist specialising in women’s health, hypnobirthing snd fertility.
I teach from my bespoke home studio.
