An opportunity to learn some basic human natural movement skills, complimented with Yoga, simple breathing exercises and chanting. This workshop will be from 11-2pm.

I am someone who is passionate about free and expressive movement. I like to facilitate the feel of being fully in tune with the body and the energy which is running through it. I encourage a gentle approach, sensitive to the needs of the body, by building things up slowly and intuitively. I believe that a balance of 'action' and 'non action' needs to be found. I also believe that ones practice should be enjoyable and fun and not painful or punishing. I feel that good progression can be made in this way and can be immensely rewarding. My teaching is very much influenced by the fundamentals of Tai Chi, Alexander technique, dance and natural movement
I also see nutrition as being a very important part of everything and to ones general health and well being.
I am also a Jikiden Reiki practitioner and a keen dancer and lover of nature and horses
