This is a wonderful way to let go of the usual mode of doing and just simply be. Learning to breathe and use different parts of the body to open up the breath. Gentle yoga practice. Mindfulness meditation. Restorative yoga and pranayama. The end of the practice is yoga nidra a deep relaxation with intention setting. This is a lovely way to enjoy your yoga practice, longer and deeper than a regular class. This helps to develop a regular practice at home with the support of the class. Learning to develop a forty day practice as this is when yoga will start to really work.
