I am a widely experienced Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist teaching Yoga full time since 2002 and practising Yoga since 1991. Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga for Scoliosis were pioneered by me in N.Ireland. I am passionate about helping each student find inner peace and joy through the practices of Yoga and Meditation. The range of weekly classes and weekly workshops that I teach are fun and deeply relaxing and both Offline and Online.
