A two hour workshop focussing on the strength and flexibility of the spine.
The workshop will start with a flow to warm up and move on to an extended yin session. Everyone is welcome as all postures are easily adaptable.
We will also be using a yoga wheel to deepen postures safely and effectively.

Having practised yoga for almost twenty years, and been teaching for over seven, I aim to bring both a wealth of experience and variety of styles to all my classes. Safety is paramount; there are no 'party-trick postures' in my classes but that doesn't mean my classes aren't challenging. There is always room for improvement in a supported way. At present I am teaching privately and in occasional workshops but keep an eye on my website rebeccaluckhamyoga.com where, by January 2019, there will be a selection of short yoga classes, which you can access for free.
