A day to relax and restore your vitality as Summer begins!
Looking forward to some 'me time'? Spend a day with yourself exploring yoga, mindfulness and meditation in quiet surroundings.
We'll start the day with a gentle restorative yoga practice, including some exploration of poses and sequences. After a break, we'll take a short walking meditation, then continue with a faster practice to fire our digestion for lunch.
After lunch we'll sit for a longer meditation/Trataka and then continue with some Yin/relaxing yoga, before our final Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice.
No previous experience of yoga or meditation is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat (bought or borrowed if you don't have one!) and 2-3 bed pillows or a yoga bolster with you - they will stay clean.
All props and blankets are provided, and a selection of herbal teas and healthy snacks will be available for lunch, or feel free to bring or buy your own. Cricklade High Street is only a short walk away.

Zen Yoga aims to enhance your practice in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Zen Yoga classes are inclusive, safe and fun. Held in North Wiltshire, classes and workshops are based on the Vinyasa method, where Asanas (poses) build strength and flexibility quickly.
